Order Processing

  • Confirmation: After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping information is correct when checking out. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic (U.S. and Territories):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: Available based on cutoff time at checkout (subject to availability)

International Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary based on destination, customs, and carrier performance

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient

Note: All delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Promotions

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally and will be clearly advertised on our website.

  • International shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties are not included in the shipping cost and may be billed separately upon delivery.


Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update in the carrier’s system.


Address Issues & Delivery Problems

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • Delivery Issues: If your shipment is missing, delayed, or misdelivered, contact us at returns@dayzzed.com with your order number and details.


Damaged or Lost Items

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll determine the appropriate resolution.

  • Lost Packages: Contact us if your package appears lost in transit. We’ll investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund.


Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, in original condition with tags, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, email us at returns@dayzzed.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges:
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved and refunded.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.

The item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank or credit card processing times may vary.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at returns@dayzzed.com.


Order Modifications
If you need to make changes to your order, including updating the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at returns@dayzzed.com. Changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.


Delays & Disclaimers
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
